Associates went above and beyond to help me find an item that was sold out. Helped locate in another Bath and Body at SouthPoint Mall. Shout out to Bryce,Kayla at Brier Creek and Mindy at Southpoint Mall. Their help with this was priceless
The manager on duty, Julie, was very accusatory and condescending. So, you’re returning a free item (an unused 3 wick candle). Yes, I am…I blind bought it online and didn’t like it. Since when has that become a crime? I understand that there are differences between online and store orders/policies, but the delivery and tone could’ve been more polite. Her parting, I will allow it this time, met the back of my head. No worries hun, I won’t be back! Plenty of other locations across the area that don’t have a rude leader.
Product tasted extremely bad. Burning sensation on tongue. Cried a lot.
Give honey a RAISE. She deserves it!!!! Such an amazing and helpful worker there!!!
Honey is a very sweet kind person, she deserves a raise :)
