I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bath & Body Works. The customer service was unacceptable and made me feel as though my business was not valued. Instead of being treated with courtesy and professionalism, the interaction left me frustrated and uncomfortable. Very good customer service and well trained team staff
Came into today with my three year old who was doing what three year old kids do. Thank you to the checkout lady who I can’t remember your name I’m so sorry!! (It began with an R though) You were so incredibly sweet to my daughter and patient with me. I can’t tell you how far it goes when people have kindness and patience towards people with young kids.
