I honestly never would’ve thought that I would’ve been leaving a review for Bath and body Works, But here I am. I called the store today as I was trying to read up on the return policy without a receipt, and when I called I spoke with Rachel and I had a very pleasant conversation. She told me I could do the return all I would need is my ID and I could return it to any Bath and body Works as long as the item was more than 50% full. Walked into the store with my daughter to pick up my birthday reward. We’re greeted by Kristen in the front of the store She was very pleasant And advised us of current sales and we went about our business we picked out an item for my birthday reward walked up to the counter where Alexis started our checkout process when I told her I had a birthday reward. Unfortunately, our checkout experience left a negative impression. My husband and I were simply trying to make friendly small talk with the cashier, but she responded in a very snippy and dismissive manner toward him. Throughout the transaction, she also made several negative comments about men and husbands in general, saying they were always annoying and that men should just be quiet. Every time I purchase something here it smells amazing in the store. After using it a few times mostly everything starts smelling like cheap fruit or old lady perfume. I noticed one of the employees had a rash or eczema on her hands...most likely from using their borderline toxic products. I recently switched to natural products and I feel much better. I didn't realize their scented products were making me feel worse.
