Unfortunately, our checkout experience left a negative impression. My husband and I were simply trying to make friendly small talk with the cashier, but she responded in a very snippy and dismissive manner toward him. Every time I purchase something here it smells amazing in the store. After using it a few times mostly everything starts smelling like cheap fruit or old lady perfume. I noticed one of the employees had a rash or eczema on her hands...most likely from using their borderline toxic products. I recently switched to natural products and I feel much better. I didn't realize their scented products were making me feel worse.

Today my friends went to this bath and bodywork’s location to exchange the candles they got from candle day. They had the receipt and the candles were in perfect condition. When they arrived at the store an employee named Mandy said that the policy was they could only exchange the candles up to 2 weeks after purchasing. After looking at the website and calling other locations about the exchange policy every website and location said you have 90 days to exchange the candles.
