Always a friendly experience at bath and body at this Stapley location only! Superstition mall the worse bath and body ever and the worst customer service at that location!

I wanted to buy the last lotion but it was a try me one and the cashier took it away and didn't let me buy it. I wasn't happy about it. I'm sure she'll let some other customer have it but she wouldn't let me buy it.

every time I go to this location everybody is so nice. I choose this store on stapely and baseline over any others even the one closer to me
Not a happy customer. Wanted to use the $5.00 off $20.00 purchase coupon, had items totaling $20.00 before taxes and was told I couldn't use it because my purchase had to total at least $21.00. The coupon specifically stated $5 off $20. So I ended up buying something else I really didn't want because I didn't want to create a scene because of the long lines. They just lost a customer, won't be back.
