I didn't actually buy anything at this location but Terri and Bryce made quite the effort to call other stores, about 5 if I were to guess, to make sure I got what I was looking for which was sold out in nearly every other store. Even though our whole exchange lasted about 7 minutes I'll never forget the effort they put into getting me pointed in the right direction. Just absolutely great and thorough customer service.
Lots of new items. Prices going up but quality continues
I love B,B,&W. This particular store is closest to my home, but it’s still a 25 minute drive. I made an online pickup order as I didn’t meet the free shipping #s. Yesterday I went to pick it up, but I also chose to get a few birthday items for my granddaughter. Apparently the cashier took it upon herself to move a lip mask from my online order and put in into my instore bag! Why?!? Went to pick up an order. Doors were locked by 7:55, there were 4 workers inside and one made hardcore eye contact with me. They didn’t move to open the door, I was ignored. I tried to show that I had a pick up order but still was ignored. I knocked on the door and was ignored. I will no longer be supporting this business.
