Not happy just learned that all accessories do not count towards using my rewards. Bath & Body needs to change it back so that accessories count. I'm not the only customer upset about this now there is no reason to get rewards I loved getting a soap holder or a plug in not anymore. Crazy move so disappointed
Ordered online, was so happy to get to that Avon location from 10 miles away without having to get on Rockville Rd, and the young lady at the counter was very pleasant!
I wish I remembered her name, but the customer service was AMAZING. Being a black man, I wasn't followed around. I didn't feel like I was being watched or judged like I might steal something. I wasn't rushed into making my purchase. The ladies of this establishment were AMAZING.
