The whole place smells amazing. Always busy. (Sometimes over crowded and not disabled friendly). Reps are always willing to help. Prices are decent and most of the time they have great deals!
The overall experience of the products is great but the actual customer service sucks. Walked in and was never greeted, no one asked if I ever needed help and it wasn't until leaving did somebody say bye of which at that point why even say anything. Usually don't shop the Plainfield location even though I live here. You get better service at the Avon location.
