Staff are always so rude, a word of advice, to make sales you need to be friendly NOT grumpy 🥰 ive been here on many separate different locations & each time theres always a bad experience, sorry you hate your job & youre so miserable.
This store isn’t too busy most of the time and they usually have everything in stock. The associates here make you feel welcome and they’re always willing to help.

I hadn't been to a Bath and Body Works store in years, like 2 decades. I've been looking for every day easy spritzes and sprays so I decided to take a peek online and found some stuff on sale within my preferred scent profile that I brought I'd like. Unfortunately, most of it was definitely not for me and some of what I had ordered went out of stock. So I returned most of it. Terrible service I wouldn’t even give this place a star. The lady ( the one that greets people in front ) I think she wore glasses is super rude , I was shopping looking around and I knew about the deal that was going on , buy 2 get 1 free. But I was just curious smelling candles, the lady out of no where yelled at me from across the store telling me how the deal is only for perfume & lotion.
