First, let me say that I would rate Bath and Body Works products 5 stars. I love them. Love, love, love them. The staff in the stores though? Horrible. The second I walk in the door, there are multiple associates hounding me. When I say that I just want to look, they follow me and ask continuous questions. I have shopped at Bath and Body Works for 30 years. I do not need anyone to explain lotion to me, and verbal waterboarding is not going to encourage me to try the new scent.
