I have to give a huge shoutout to Bath & Body Works in Rochester! The staff are always so lovely, friendly, and kind, which makes every visit such a great experience. I’m absolutely obsessed with their body washes. The scents are strong enough to last and make you feel fresh and clean, but never so overpowering that they’re too much. Don’t even get me started on the Wallflowers.. I have them all over my house! The deals they offer are incredible, too, which makes it so easy to stock up on all my favorites. They always have great sales going on. Also, they have new scents all the time, and sometimes you will see some old scents coming back
The management is very rude and controlling towards the staff. Staff members are constantly coming up to you. I love shopping here but it’s easier online lol.
