They always have great sales going on. Also, they have new scents all the time, and sometimes you will see some old scents coming back
The management is very rude and controlling towards the staff. Staff members are constantly coming up to you. I love shopping here but it’s easier online lol.
Will not exchanged unburned "out of season" candles without receipt
I was in the store about a week ago. While there, I overheard a female supervisor talking to an associate about how she didn’t immediately ask for a phone number from a customer. Apparently they are able to listen to their employees talking to customers… She was criticizing the employee in the middle front of the store about this and how the employee should be pushing for sales and getting phone numbers.
