The amount of issues this store has is ridiculous. I did a pick up in store order online for a limited edition drop before the store even opened. Got the confirmation, transaction went through, was thrilled I was able to get my order in before they sold out immediately. I went to the store to pick up my order as soon as they opened. I saw the item I ordered getting snagged up off the sales floor as I went to the counter to pick mine up. I thought "Whew glad I did an online order and secured mine!". I like the store the most. They had my app order ready within 30 minutes to pick up and they always have an awesome selection of products
I brought a candle in that was defective. It wasn’t burning correctly and the wicks wouldn’t stay lit. I brought it in for an exchange, and they told me that they would not exchange the candle because it had been used. I had never returned anything there before. The employee asked her manager right in front of me and that is what the manager said. The employee gave me my candle back and I told her just to keep it.
