Great place for creams and lotions.
Manager is great at what she does - kind, helpful, and professional. Clean and well-organized store. Ordered online and was ready the next day - easy and efficient, with thoughtful packaging.
Cashier tried to push full payment when a sale was going on, when I asked she said oh you want the sale…. Terrible tactics.
Good place. However, the lady with thick framed glasses and brunette/dark hair is a crazzy control freak. She was sure to notify me and my and my spouse, "How to use the room sprays / what bottles to use." She also notified another group not to overuse the free use items. She definitely needs to chill out, I'm sure her coworkers think the same.
I love this place! So cute, well laid out, festive and joyful! but best of all, the BEST customer service I've had in retail in forever! I was helped by a young lady named Kelsie (sp?) and she was not only incredibly helpful, personable, funny and knowledgable of the product line! She helped me find an amazing holiday gift, and I can't wait to give it to my loved one! 🥰 10/10 experience!! ♥️
