The store manager; Baetha, is the rudest, most unprofessional manager I’ve encountered! She talks over you, argues with you ( the customer ) and won’t allow you the chance to ask questions! Then when you ask her for someone else, she continues running her mouth nonstop!! Baetha’s behavior is childish, disgusting, offensive, and downright egregious!!!! Do better about what type of manager you hire, because Baetha will cause you to lose customers and $$$$
Shout out to the girl who took one look at me in my floor-length black skirt and goth makeup, came up to me, and said: "We have Vampire Blood perfume!!" And showed me right where it was. It was hilarious and made my day
Love this brand. This store location at the Flatirons mall has been relocated twice recently. It is currently left of H&M on the 2nd floor (where Yankee Candle once was.. long ago). The revamped store looks great!! Definitely an upgrade from before. Employees are friendly and welcoming.
Great place for creams and lotions.
Manager is great at what she does - kind, helpful, and professional. Clean and well-organized store. Ordered online and was ready the next day - easy and efficient, with thoughtful packaging.
