Very picked over and unorganized due to high traffic but I'm still a fan of the actual store itself but just not satisfied with the variety at this season's semi annual. I still bought 2 things atleast
Tiffany the cashier got me signed up for your loyalty program and even remembered me the next time I came by. You don't often get that great of customer service anymore it was quite refreshing thank you

Love it, I wanted to order online but wanted to smell the products myself first. The store is organized and always has a ton of products. Customer service is easily available. Always happy with my Bath & Body stuff.
