Immediately greeted by several store associates, given a basket when I had items in my hand, and offered assistance throughout my entire visit. Expedient checkout, zero issues with rewards barcodes; store wasn't crowded, so this was a relaxing, rewarding, enjoyable shopping experience. Most body products are on sale for $5.95 for Labor Day. I love bath and body works, I have never had any issues with going into the store or ordering online
Amazing service and selection as always. This location in particular however really seemed to go above and beyond. I really hope the managers and company appreciate these employees because while service at BABW is always great, it genuinely was exceptional at this specific location. Loved my experience while passing through/ travelling. Went to others in other cities a few days later and just didn't feel the same after as the lasting impression that this location left.
Out of all the Bath and Body Works I have been to, this is by far the worst customer service I have experienced at a location. I was neither greeted nor noticed by staff even when they walked right past me! Extremely upsetting, and I ended up walking out without buying anything.
Rena and Kim were so helpful and so kind throughout my whole experience there!! Thank you so much for having employees who have amazing spirit!!
