All true! LOVE BBW store at Westgate. The last 2 weeks it has been closed. No pick up orders, no real updates. I know they have air conditioning issues. Guess the mall property doesn't care. They have always been well stocked and friendly associates. Glad BBW is at Westgate! For how much longer? Is this the end of this store location?
I LOVE this store! Only problem is that I buy way more than I should each time I go there. I am probably not along 😆 Also, as a Real Estate Agent, I get some nice gifts over there for my clients. People I gift it love them as well.
Westgate store has a high turnover of employees who never know what to do or seem to care about anything. Inventory is always wrong for pickup orders so they are often cancelled. Returns or exchanges are never done according to policy, BOPIS orders are lost upon arrival to pickup. It used to be so much better years ago. Save yourself the problems and go to Hillcrest where it is night and day different and so much better.
