If you buy something and is needing to return/exchange anything i do not recommend doing it at this location , twice now I have ordered items from Bath and body works online and items have came damaged . I go to the location on cascade station , I offered my receipt with the order number attached and the worker insist that she does it as a non receipt return , as I try to exchange items evenly she proceeded to have me pay full priced for the same exact items that I’m exchanging for (I was just swapping out the damaged items)... read more

I paid for early delivery!!! You pulled it out to the maximum, than it was indicated... when ordering it said that delivery is paid within 3-6 days, you deliver to me in 13 days, your company rating is 0 stars
