I went into Bath & Body Works Sunday when they first opened at noon. I needed help with some returns and price adjustments. Abby jumped right into action, ensuring that she knew all the procedures and policies on returns and price adjustments. I'm disabled and she got me a chair so I could sit down while we did everything. THANK YOU FOR THAT, ABBY! I love the company, I have my favorite go-tos. That being said, every time ive been in this location, the customer service is lacking. First, they all bombard you with the welcome greetings and the "is there anything I can help you with" and my answer is usually the same: no thank you. However, if I have question later on, they have the attitude of a lemon. Are they salty that I brushed them off initially? Do they get asked the same questions repeatedly and are simply annoyed?
