I've been shopping at this Bath & Body Works for years, and this location has always been my favorite. It's the closest store to my home, and until this visit, I've never had a negative experience. I came in to purchase a few items and exchange a recently purchased Wallflower plug that alternates between two scents. It worked initially but stopped functioning shortly after I bought it.
