Showed up early before 10am because my wife wanted a tote bag. One of the associates named Katelyn seemed a little stressed out while she was ringing us up, my wife and I were being friendly and were rushed out of the way by Katelyn even though no one else was in line. As a customer service representative myself, I found this unprofessional and some what rude. I get it if there's a rush, but in this case there was none.
