It's always a great place to visit, the staff is helpful and always in the background. There is never any pressure to purchase and the offers are always tempting. Its my go to place for gifts to buy for folks back home. I especially love the rose fragrances line. Aromatherapy is soothing for the soul and a good night's sleep.
Very nice to see this shop in the Town center. Big variety of different goods is very nice
I'm a huge BBW's girly and have been for years. I even had my own sales gal at the Northgate location at the time when the mall existed. I haven't found that type of energy since going to the Redmond location. Even Bellevue doesn't compare and I'll tell you why. I have a very busy work schedule and the girls are Redmond have gone above and beyond for me. Whether that's helping me when I come in to shop or when I call them about my pick up order.
