They are having people write fake 5 star reviews to hide the 1 star reviews.They don’t care for your pets just want your money. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Worse vet i have ever been to. Watch my 3 year old dog die in my arms as I beg them to take a look at him when he was struck outside. They didn’t even bother to look and sent me 40 minutes to VERG I recommend to take your pets somewhere else that genuinely cares and values your pets
Edit: June 2025 Overall, this vet has dedicated his whole life to his practice and animals. He does have an ego if you question his way or there’s a gap between his care and someone else’s care. But overall, He does care about animals and is very gentle. Outside of his work he’s quite polite and reserved. The practice is clean and well kept. All these fake 5 stars reviews is crazy so my reviews can go down. Doctors do not care for your pets they are disrespectful and rude. Dr. Lutansky is one of the most unprofessional and dismissive veterinarians I’ve ever encountered. Completely lacking in compassion, urgency, and basic human decency.
