Recently had work carried out by this company. Was promised it would be finished in around 10 days this was not the case. Well over 3 weeks and still not anywhere near completed…. Customer service was a joke and pinned all problems onto the customer. If you want a smooth transaction and a bathroom with no hassle and fitters that keep you up to date and show up when promised I would avoid. Highly recommend cozyheat. We had our bathroom installed in December. Graeme gave great advice when planning the bathroom and the guys who fitted it were fantastic. Ben, Kevin and Gavin (he likes a chocolate biscuit) were amazing, the attention to detail was first class. They kept the area clean even during the strip out of the old bathroom.
