Since I'm taking the time to write a review, it's either going to be very good or quite bad and I'm afraid it's the latter. About 2 years ago, I renovated a bathroom in our house. I bought all new Riobel plumbing fixtures from Avtar, the owner. He's always been very personable and helpful when we visited his shop on several occasions. Avtar assured us that his shop, as well as Riobel are reputable companies and he stands behind the warranty. I absolutely love shopping here and I will always choose to go see Avtar before I go anywhere else. He is so helpful and he has this wonderful way of making you feel like a friend right away.
Went there for all our new bathroom fixtures. Got the vanity, shower system, faucet and led mirror. Avtar helped us with everything. Got better quality and similar pricing to the big box stores. This place reminds me of the old school customer service that you don't get anywhere else. Will be back for my other bathroom upgrade!
Came to the store at 4:00PM and it was closed. According to their hours, it should have been opened for another hour.
