I recently purchased a set of lights for my master bathroom. One of the globes broke due to our own fault. I reached out to Michael who helped sell them to me and he was able to replace the broken globe free over charge. Michael truly goes above and beyond for his customers. We are grateful for all his has done for us. We will be returning customers to Bath and Bronze simply because of our experiences with Michael. He’s an asset to this company.
I had a wonderful experience today with this business. I called them frantic to see if they had a chrome trim kit for a bathroom renovation I needed same day. Michelle immediately checked their inventory and found 1 that they had left in their storage unit off site. She left and went and got the fixture and brought it back for me to purchase within about 30minutes of my call. I so appreciate her intentionality and effort to solve my problem on such short notice. I will definitely be using them again for future projects!
Bath and Bronze store staff were incredibly helpful to us. We sought their advice when our plumber could not help with hot water streaming at our old (1986) tub/whirlpool. The valve stem failed, and we had to cut off the supply to the house water heater. Instead of first trying to sell us an all new tub, Michelle at Bath and Bronze identified our tub model and located a detailed parts map online. Working with Michelle has been a wonderful experience! She’s helped me update my lighting as well as design my kitchen. She thought of all the little details that I would have missed such as sizing of fixtures, hardware, and color choices of granite and tile. I would definitely recommend them as my top design choice!
I was looking to replace some broken parts on a fan that I purchased a few years ago from a big box store. The original manufacturer was of little help in locating parts. However, I shared my struggles with Erica Dickinson of Bath and Bronze. She went above and beyond in locating these parts expediently. Not many other retail stores are willing to make that extra effort, such as the big box store that I original purchased this fan. I'd be contacting Bath and Bronze first in the future just based on my experience with Erica.
