My experience was great, not so great for my hubby. We went 30 minutes apart. I purchased 8 items and paid $51.67. He went to get his Mom some BBW products. He was told that only certain lotions were $5.95 by a male salesperson. He purchased 4 items for $67.89. He was totally mislead. He will NOT return.

My experience was closed out in such a beautiful way. I purchased lots of product for an event and was unable to carry to my car. When I asked if I could use a cart to push out my bags, I was met with a “give me a second”. A Special Shoutout to Nep for assisting to carry my bags to the car for me. What a surprise thank you for going above and beyond! Great customer service. The store is beautiful and well organized.
The worst location for customer service. Come here for the products- NOT the service.
