Bath and Biscuits was the worse experience we have had with any dog day care facility and grooming. The last bath and cut was terrible. When we called to complain they let us know they had let the groomer go and would not refund the money. Are dog looked pretty bad. Now lets talk about day care. She had lost her experienced staff and had kennel cough in her facility. It was a day to day nightmare while staff was constantly changing and awaiting the kennel cough clean up.
