I was impressed with the designer, Pricilla (and will continue to work with her, only)so I decided to go with this company. The cabinets were ordered, payments made and when the scheduled work start date was here I had my part (demo and rouse re-pipe) was done. They started the prep work and partially completed the kitchen. Well its been 3 MONTHS and I still do not have all the cabinets in, no counter top, walls not properly patched. Pacific Kitchen Bath & Flooring does it right. My wife and I interviewed multiple firms for a new home design and build in Laguna Beach. We weren’t sure if we wanted a Modern or Mediterranean design as we had looked at so many new homes. As a real estate investor, I’ve worked with numerous architects and re-modelers however, this was by far the best company I’ve ever worked with. From the initial meeting with the manager, Ron, he made us feel as if we’ve known them for years.
I would like to say Thank you so much! They have completely remodeled my home from bathrooms, kitchen and floors. I love the quality of the work. The floors did take longer than expected with lots of delays but everything else went awesome. Ron and Jessie were the contractors we had and were very attentive to my concerns and changes. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.
Ron, the manager is a very personable fellow, he want to make you happy, so is the case with the talent he hires, from the tile installers to the wood floor refinishes and painters everyone is kind and professional. We had a six-month project, which entailed a master bathroom, a bathroom, a bar area and kitchen. It turned out beautiful!
