I hired this company to install a new HVAC unit and was extremely impressed. They were very neat, clean, and professional throughout the job. Everything was explained clearly, and their pricing was competitive and fair. The craftsmanship exceeded expectations, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Honest, dependable, and easy to recommend.
My unit went out last week. I Googled heat and air service companies and came across Batey Brothers. After reading the great reviews, I called and spoke to Jeremy, who immediately answered my call at 6:30am. He had Dostin at my house within an hour &half to diagnose! Unfortunately, I found out I had to have a new unit, so Jeremy sent me the info, and got the ball rolling all within a couple of hours! Batey Brothers Heating and Cooling done an amazing job!! I called them last night at 11pm and spoke to a real person, Travis, who was able to go ahead and add me on the schedule for today. That was such an amazing addition to my experience that I didn’t have to leave a message, I was able to speak to a very kind person and go to sleep knowing it was taken care of!
