Service tech arrived shortly after initial call and within short time replaced the capacitor on my unit. This is the 2nd time in the past 3 years that this capacitor has had to be replace. The cost to replace this time was a 400% increase over the previous time. Might be normal but I thought a little excessive. I received a call from owner this afternoon and we had a lengthy discussion about my service. I misunderstood some of what was presented to me at the time of service. They were all very professional- Jeremy was very helpful. Jacob, Cody, and Doniel were very careful not to hurt my house/ had to carry everything upstairs then into the attic. They even checked to make sure I had the dog with me in the backyard before leaving the front door open - very pleased with their professional work ethic!
