Brad from Batey Bros came out today to perform my preventive maintenance and provided excellent customer service! Very nice to talk to and very knowledgeable about heating cooling. Walked me through everything and was absolutely thourough in his inspections. Request him by name and you won't be disappointed.

This was their third time doing service for me over the last several years. Brad showed up exactly when they said he would, and he worked on the problem until it was fixed. He changed thermostats four times because he was aware of a manufacturing issue he found a way to test. Update: Unfortunately, Brad was probably incorrect about the thermostat, the issue was ultimately in the wire connecting the component. But, they took care of it quickly. This company communicates well, explains things well, and honors it's warranties. When a blower they replaced failed (not their fault) they came back and did the job all over again. The 2nd replacement was noisy, so they came back a 3rd time with a 3rd replacement. This was not their recommended brand, btw, but my old Bryant, which they are one of the few businesses in the area to service. The system maintenance technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Johnny.
