Called me back within two minutes of leaving a voicemail. Communication was great - everything went the way they said it was. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and friendly, and fixed the problem quickly.
Batey Brothers did a fantastic job on my new central and heating unit. When I would call they came out same day on a moments notice. Only one time they couldn’t, which was understandable. They did all they could do for me until it was to the point that I had to have another unit and they did me right on that also !! Doniel, Cody & Jacob were all amazing. They worked so hard in the heat to get us air conditioning. They were very knowledgeable and so kind.
