I was highly disappointed when I called to make my baby and appointment for a cough she had and the receptionist (NIKKI) was very rude and told me that I needed to bring in her records from her original doctor before she could be seen. Which would have been fine but I always thought that the doctor’s office is supposed to request those documents not me. I just took my baby to her doctor in Oxford Dr. Phillips. I was just trying to get her seen to the closest doctor I could . Never Again!
I had wanted badly to support our local facilities, gave birth at Panola Medical Center, but just couldn’t. The people were nice but hated the facility. It was always hot to the point of sweating and there were flies!!! Had to strip baby down to be weighed and measured in a lab where urine samples were collected. The consultation rooms were painted in garish colors - the one we used was crayon orange AND green. I realize it was for kids but when you are talking to me about jaundice in a Filipino baby in a bright orange room ... read more
The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Adedipe listens to my concerns and the kids love him.
