Having experienced a number of Dentist over a lifetime, we both agree, Dr. Ryan Bates is as kind, personable and knowledgeable as his father, Dr. Steven Bates was for us, over twenty years. I'm running out of accolades deserved for Dr. Ryan Bates and his staff for their unique, highest quality care in dentistry. My most recent visit 2/10/26 to have a root canal and new crown for a 30 year old tooth was absolutely awesome in every way. Dr. Bates did his usual meticulous work with such professional skill and focus, he created a beautifully crafted crown I was proud and grateful to leave with. I had a new crown done today Dr Bates, Cindy and Shannon worked flawlessly. Always a 5 star performance. Jenn did a wonderful job and very thorough As always my experience is 5 star I had an issue with a tooth that was very concerning this morning ,Dr Bates office fit me into today’s schedule and assessed the situation I’m very thankful for Shannon’s support and Dr Bates entire staff for the care that they have provided myself and my wife over the years
