I had a very minor dental emergency and these Guys juggled the schedule to get me In right away. much appreciated and the solution to the emergency was perfect. Why go anywhere else?
The staff is always caring amazing and empathetic of what you are going through. I have brought my daughter here for years. Had a tooth issue and they saw me same day as a emergency since I was in pain. We worked out a plan and they now have me set on the right path. ( Side note I had not been into a dentist in years, instead taking care family first) I highly recommend this office for all ages.
Since moving to Deer Park nearly 7 years ago, we have entrusted our dental care with Dr Bates and his staff. His front receptionists have remained the same, willing and accommodating us with any requests or questions. My hygienist has also remained the same, friendly, competent, and thorough at every exam. Dr Bates is always friendly, gentle, as well as knowledgeable in everything he does.
