Dr Bates has done surgery on both of my shoulders as well as my left knee so I have considerable confidence in his abilities due to this successful history in treating me. He has always done an amazing job and has a kind caring bedside manner. This appointment however; was for an assessment & recommendation to fix a new physical problem and he was as always knowledgeable, professional and kind in his manner in treating me which in a world that is hurried and callous at times is refreshing.
