I am very pleased with how friendly, reliable, and professional they are -prices are fair - couldn’t ask for more in this service !!
By far the WORST trash company I have ever had. They missed my garbage Tuesday and I have been told everyday since then that they would be out to get my trash. It’s Saturday and they have yet to pick it up. Don’t promise a customer something an not go through on it 5 different times. DO NOT GET FOR TRASH SERVICE.
Loved Bates great service, great people! Just found out that they sold to santech..... So we will see.
I miss Bates Sanitation in my area. After they had sold the company to Santek, the services had a drop in quality. Sad now. Santek is terrible.
Extremely reliable! Just like the sun rises, I know they will come by to take my trash. I've been a customer for 10 years and have been very pleased with their service, pricing and reliability. Keep up the great work guys!!!
