After nearly two years, my braces journey has officially come to an end. I couldn’t be happier with the results. A huge thank you to Dr. Sheldon and the entire team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and support throughout the process. If you are look for a great orthodontist this is the place. Staff was super helpful and nice. They made me good and did my braces on the same day!!! I had an issue with one of my brackets coming off that night. I to the office the next day and Doctor Bates himself fixed my issues no questions asked. I truly recommend this place.
We would recommend Bates Orthodontics to anyone! Dr. Bates, the dental hygienists and staff are always welcoming and friendly while efficient and knowledgeable. My daughter continues to be happy with her experience and results from having braces.
