I had purchased a new vehicle from Bates Nissan. I discovered repairs needed to be made. Then,when another repair needed to be made, i had to return the vehicle, under warranty. I was placed in a rental until paperwork completed to get me out of that vehicle and into another New vehicle. Customer Satisfaction was key. Over the years. I've purchased over 5 Nissan vehicles, all from Bates. Making a wrong right; Customer Satisfaction is key at Nissan.

I had to rent a car and was helped by Wilma. She made the entire experience very pleasant and helped me out tremendously.

Was stationed here 5 years ago. I wanted to get my first truck and just wanted a used 4x4 and tinted windows. Told them I was a private in the military and a single father. The sales rep told me he used to be a SSG and he would take care of me then proceed to try to get me $1,000 dollar payments a month on the newest truck and tried pressuring me in with his boss to talk me into it. Needed a rental, so we stopped here after Enterprise informed us they didn't have any left. Process was quick and easy, we were in and out in five minutes. More dealerships should offer rentals like this. Will definitely use them again if needed.
