Bates was very professional, efficient, affordable and timely. Their estimator was very thorough and taught us all about their moving process and what to expect. The packing crew showed up on time, was efficient and was very pleasant to work with. The loading crew was careful with all of our items as was the unloading crew. They arrived when they said they would and were careful unloading and re-assembling all of our items. Overall a very good moving experience.
