Their estimator showed up several days late. I never received the estimate. I called and they promised to get it to me. Thanks for nothing. I received a call from Justin concerning the review and it seems we had a communication error. I did not receive their first Emails for some reason. I received a follow up Email after the job was done. I will say I liked his price. Since he responded I’ll give them another chance.
My wife and I were in need of a makeover to the landscaping in the front of our home. Melissa and Justin were great to work with. And their follow up after the project was completed was a refreshing bonus. Highly recommend Bates Landscaping. 5 Stars!
I recently hired Bates Landscaping to clean up our property, trim back overgrown shrubs, plant flowers, etc. in anticipation of putting our home on the market for sale. They did a wonderful job. In fact, one facet of the work was not acceptable to me and after I brought it to their attention they resolved it completely to my satisfaction.
