As a renter, my apartment complex uses Bates, and I have to say this company should be ashamed to call themselves landscapers. I have rented quite a few places and never experienced such lack of respect and professionalism from people that mow grass for a living! A pattern ALL SUMMER is that they are still mowing at 6:30pm at night despite being here all day (they arrive between 730-8am), way past the end of the business day. Juan Rojas & Justo Ramirez ran our backyard project and it turned out nothing short of AMAZING! It was a total transformation of our backyard. Prior to the project our kids couldn’t even enjoy it due to the amount of rocks, unsafe slope, and overall poor maintenance from the prior owners of the home. Now we can’t wait to spend time in our new backyard. Juan & Justo were professional, kind, and always willing to stop and say hello to our kids as they were using heavy equipment to shape our backyard retreat. Thank you so much!
