I called to have my insurance quoted and fixed . She asked me a few questions and answered them . She then told me she only had one place that would accept me due to a moving violation . She stated it would be too expensive for me and I asked if she could quote it anyways. She was very rude and unhelpful . I never leave reviews on a company but today made sure to come to review . Have been with Bates insurance for many many many years have our vehicles , Home it's just a pleasure to work with Joan and the staff they are like family my mom started with them and we continued. It's been a pleasure to continue working with such a wonderful professional company!
