We just purchased a pool heater and couldn't get it going. I called Bates HVAC for help and found out that we were out of their service area. I talked to Heather and she said Jason might be able to help us with troubleshooting over the phone. He found out what the problem was and guided us on how to fix it. It now works great. You can't beat that kind of customer service!!! Thank you Heather and Jason for all of your time and help! I appreciate it so much!!!

Company will not show up!!!! They were supposed to come out to do warranty work on my pool automation system. Never showed up the first time. When he finally got around to showing up weeks later, the pool lines already froze and could not work on it. Waiting till late spring ans schedule another appointment 2 1/2 weeks ago. Supposed to show up between eight and 10 with a phone call. Let me know when. Never showed up and didn’t even call. Highly recommend DO NOT use this company.

Bates HVAC was wonderful to work with! Scheduling was easy and accommodating, and communication was outstanding, especially the day before and the day of service, with text notifications that they were on their way. They were very kind and knowledgeable and had our pool heater up and running in no time! I won’t hesitate to call them for all our future needs!

Jason Bates was awesome. Had a Heyward pool heater acting up a bit, with a little smoke, and he serviced and provided education that I wouldn't get from a pool supplier. Just a good dude, and takes care of his customers.
