Just want to leave a review for the great service because it’s hard to find trustworthy people these days. This is the 2nd time BATES HVAC has came to our house in the past decade, and we are very appreciative! Scheduling was so easy and quick. Our technician, Branden, was so awesome! I thought our service call price was very cheap. We live far away and have a sketchy gravel driveway that our technician navigated without any complaint. We highly recommend Bates HVAC!!!

Branden with Bates H/Vac replaced a brass nipple bit that was broken on my pool heat pump. It was leaking badly and is now good to go. He was prompt, professional, courteous and was able to complete the job in 30-40 minutes.

We just purchased a pool heater and couldn't get it going. I called Bates HVAC for help and found out that we were out of their service area. I talked to Heather and she said Jason might be able to help us with troubleshooting over the phone. He found out what the problem was and guided us on how to fix it. It now works great. You can't beat that kind of customer service!!! Thank you Heather and Jason for all of your time and help! I appreciate it so much!!!
