Communication and workmanship was great.
Did inspection on heat pump in a timely fashion. Was informed of a maintenance program after work was complete, which would have been half the cost of what I paid. 357.00 versus 125.00. I setup appointment over a month ago and was not told of maintenance program at that time. Happy with the work. Just being completely honest.
Bates HVAC tuned up our air conditioning system for us. Jason was both professional and answered all of the questions we had. We will be continuing to use this company for life.
To find a company that will actually work for the customer is a breath of fresh air. We just had a pool installed and have been waiting in limbo to get our heater up and running. For some very odd reason, our contractor decided to put the warranty for the pool heater in his name and not speak a word of that to us.
