Can’t get ahold of anyone here, when it says “press 0 to go to the queue” it hangs up. They don’t return voicemails. I had to go on LinkedIn to try and find the name of someone who works there and hope to connect to them, and still couldn’t.
Went to the agency. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Was able to get in get everything I needed and get out within a super timely manner. Would highly recommend
Whoever Ann is needs to work on her customer service skills. The most unprofessional phone call I've ever had with an agent.
