Bates Ford was an outstanding dealer to buy from. I had a vehicle in mind and a cash price. I told them that and we worked together to make it happen saving $1,100 from a much closer large scale corporate dealer. No distractions, up selling, and/or shell games. Totally focused on customer satisfaction. Everyone from the janitor to the sales manager were very very friendly. It felt like family, actually we talked about families. My next purchase will be from Bates Ford!!!

My husband and I emailed back and forth with a salesperson for three days about a truck we were wanting to purchase. Scheduled a test drive time, texted before we made the two hour drive to come purchase and upon arrival at said time , another customer was leaving with truck to test drive. We waited for 40 minutes to see if they were going to buy, but no longer wanted to stick around to wait “our turn”. I would have happily put money down to test drive it but I’ve never had to do this before, nor were we asked to. Very poor ... read more

Be careful with the coupons they send you. The coupon might not be for the car you own.
