What a disappointing experience at Bates Ford service center. We dropped off our car for a warranty issue after engine noises came up after they completed an oil change for scheduled service. A full week goes by and no call, nothing. I had to call the service writer to find out that they were “busy”. Understandable, but some calls would have been nice. We have owned Ford vehicles for over 30 years, working with 5 different dealerships. Tyler in the service department is hands down the best person we have ever worked with. He is professional, prompt in responding and so kind. He Always over delivers! There should be more Tyler’s in the world!
