Over eight years of excellent customer service experience and always seen in reasonable time. When having service, Bates Ford always makes sure to explain the problem, go over the cost and, when work is needed, they get it done in faster than expected time.
Do not take your vehicle here for anything! I have never been so disappointed with a service department than here. They installed a new engine in my car and zip tied my wiring harness causing lots of other problems! And I never needed a new engine, the intake was bad and not the original engine. Another dealership found and fixed the problem. Please do not go there for any service.
