Majority of the staff I have came across is sweet & have a good heart at the industry plant . But 2 out of 3 of the employees that the do quality and pack up the orders are rude and messy sherry and patty all they do is whisper and pick . They ended my assignment for no reason because patty was picking and I gave her the benefit of the doubt and ignored her . The owners and son is great people but patty and sherry make the company look bad acting like kids
Super helpful staff and great prices. Fully stocked with the perfect products to meet my needs both professionally and personally. I love all the variety of brands of their shoes and boot selection. I also ended up getting several custom insoles for various shoes. Every item purchased from Bates is worth every dollar spent. I know I’ll have these products for years to come. Bates is our new favorite store! We loved the variety of brands (including Carhartt, Twisted X, and Ariat), the 3D foot scanner, and the owners/employees! With the foot scanner, my husband was able to find out he has been wearing the wrong size shoe, likely being the cause of his constant leg/foot pain. The store itself was clean and well designed (cutest Chevy made display - see picture). We love supporting local and plan to visit them for more clothes, boots, and gifts!
Great store on Highway 280 with huge boot selection. The employees were super helpful with helping me find the perfect boots! I highly recommend!
