After having met with several monument companies, I purchased my family monument from Bates. Since this was the first time I had bought a headstone, Susan was extremely patient with me (and my siblings). The entire process was handled with compassion and the stone was in the cemetery on a timely basis, as anticipated. Woudl highly recommend.
