Had to ride in an ambulance to st. Lukes in kansas city. The staff were great but the ride. Whew. It was like riding the Timberwolf at worlds of fun, minus the hills going up and down. Just the rattling and jerking and turns. You know the parts no one likes on that ride. Try to avoid riding the ambulance as best you can. Id give it a 6 out 10

I went to the Butler emergency room because I was experiencing severe discomfort and pain from a cyst. From the moment I walked through the door, the male nurse who assisted me seemed disinterested and acted as though he didn’t want me there. I did not get his name, but I found him difficult to understand when he spoke. What bothered me most, however, was his nasty attitude and lack of compassion.
