Had them at rose festival smoked mac amd cheese is amazing

I have had recent dealings with Sandra and her customer servive is nonexistent. I would spend your money elsewhere.
I ordered the Cowboy Sandwich. Half Brisket/ Half Pulled Pork. Slaw on a hoagie roll. Pork was okay, some outside brown mixed in. The Brisket was old, frizzled bits, and dried out. I have never eaten Barbecue this spicy. I dunno. 3 stars for the pork. The slaw was on the bottom of the bun. Kinda soggy. Not fall apart soggy, but, y'know?
Tried a sandwich at Bohemia Mining Days. What a waste of money for $17. Cold meat (barely any meat) stiff bread. It tasted like soy sauce? Hopefully the owner reads reviews and makes it right. It’s in the trash can by the gazebo with 2 bites taken out of it.
