I had my piano moved yesterday and I was so happy with Bates Brothers. I would highly recommend them. They were so gentle with my baby grand.
Uncrated and reassembled my Yamaha N1X perfectly.
I could say nothing but good things about this company. They moved my mom's piano 4xs over the years. The office and the guys on the truck are always So nice. At my most recent and hopefully final move when they were bringing the piano into the back Sliding glass doors. part of the deck collapsed. (not there fault) brought attention to the discovery of a rotted beam that Attched deck to house. These men did not drop that piano and still managed to get it inside and beautifully set up without a scratch
Very professional and capable. They carefully moved a 100 year old Steinway. A great experience. Thank you to Bates Brothers!
Truck drivers made abrupt and illegal maneuvers on the cross Bronx. I wouldn't trust them to safely move a valuable piano.
