I recently took my car for a service to Bates Automotive Services and it was not a good experience. Make sure they contact you and get your permission BEFORE carrying out repairs which you have not requested. FYI according to Australian Consumer Law you should not be charged for and do not have to pay for unsolicited goods or services. If you have already paid for unsolicited Goods or Services you have grounds to complain and get a refund.
