They are BUSY! Other reviews are NOT fair as they do not speak to the quality and proficiency Bates delivers (and honestly I want the service willing to "speed" and "park" where they need to get things done expeditiously like the other reviews complain about). We needed a slab in our back yard done to a deadline, and they nailed it. You would be foolish to not hire them.....even more foolish to not at least call them.
