Autumn gave me the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. She’s super personable, takes her time, and just a fun person to have cut your hair. If anyone sees this, get your hair cut by her. She knows what she’s doing!!!
The problem isn't the haircuts, which are fine. The problem is the lack of effective management. They'll cancel appointments with little to no warning and no meaningful effort to make alternative arrangements or reschedule. Just had it happen twice within twenty-four hours. Makes it impossible to make weekend plans. It's not a bad location or bad service (when you can get it), just unprofessional.
Henry is great! He takes great care, and I always get a clean looking haircut!
