Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with our last visit. My husband got a haircut without any gel or styling product used, and they didn’t even wash his hair — not before, not after. Honestly, that’s unacceptable. The service was surprisingly careless and unprofessional. This used to be our favorite place — we trusted you and always left satisfied. Have been there several times and have brought my kids. The haircuts are usually great and if you do have an issue, they address it quickly. Everyone is super nice and the whole experience is relaxing and elevated. Edited my rating because the stylists I like keep leaving. If they didn't have so much turnover, I'd keep going, but I don't like changing barbers every few visits. Edited again. I've lost another 2 barbers in just a few months time.
