Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with our last visit. My husband got a haircut without any gel or styling product used, and they didn’t even wash his hair — not before, not after. Honestly, that’s unacceptable. The service was surprisingly careless and unprofessional. This used to be our favorite place — we trusted you and always left satisfied.
