I just quit working for Bates after only 8 days of being employed with them. More than half of the employees are on hard drugs. Multiple ppl have died from overdoses within the company over a number of years. The Foreman's act like they own the company and make up their own rules as they go. I was made to leave a ride I was operating because my FOREMAN went against safety regulation and made me leave the ride for enforcing what I was trained to do.
