I stopped in to ask about consignment for an old bike. I got a strange lecture from a redheaded woman about how my bike would not sell. After I provided more unsolicited information, they awkwardly changed their mind. Why not ask questions before the lecture? Why does this person have a sales job?! Why are staff here so arrogant?!!

I went in with an older Cervelo road bike that I wanted to refresh a bit. Anywhere else I stopped, I was met by upturned noses and road snobs. Mike and Nick were super friendly and supportive of my upgrade plans. They looked for ways to save me money instead of upselling me. When I picked up my bike they had actually found that I didn’t need all the parts we ordered and saved me a lot of money. Great local shop.
